The vegetarian section is comprehensive for an all-around cookbook. The recipes use many different grains, tofu, tempeh, and beans. I made the Portobello with polenta and tomatoes is was delicious and the recipe was easy to follow.
The fish section has recipes for a large variety of fish and has many different sauces that can be used on any fish. I made the broiled salmon with mint citrus relish for a dinner party, and it was a hit. Simple to make, yet impressive for a dinner party. It was healthy and had a beautiful presentation.
