We all make mistakes, but, you can learn to use the experience to grow spiritually. Do you want to be right or happy? This video describes a three-part technique on how to apologize and feel okay. One important step is to forgive yourself and you will be guided in an exercise to release any guilt you are holding onto. By forgiving yourself and apologizing you are freeing up your flow of energy. As a Course in Miracles says, “Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness.”
