Meditation: You Are What You Think

First, I am going to describe what meditation is “not.” There are three stages of mediation and each brings you closer to who you are; a Being filled with inner peace, wisdom, and love. No special equipment is needed to meditate, just 10 minutes of your time. Try this passage meditation because we are what we think and you can learn to control that. If you are in a transition or crisis in your life, meditation will help you stay in the present moment and move forward with peace and confidence.
